A wider shot… I have never seen any Texas landscape that made such an impression on me…

Commenting on my own photo here: the more I look at this, the harder it is to believe, especially since surrounding the canyon—second only to the Grand Canyon in size in the U.S.—are mostly flat, featureless plains!
