Another Plaza View

Still in Las Vegas, New Mexico before the last snowstorm hit. The Plaza Drug Store is a good place to get ice cream cones!

Tim February 2, 2010 at 10:15 am: I’ve spent a lot of time in north/central New Mexico (Albuquerque, Chama, Los Alamos, Santa Fe, Taos), but never made it further east than Pecos for some reason. Your photos of Las Vegas have shown me the error of my ways. Next visit, for certain.

JHF February 2, 2010 at 1:45 pm: You’re welcome! Las Vegas is in many ways a very weird town. Even my Jungian analyst in Zurich agrees (she used to live here). Very different there from the places you named, and lots of interesting history.
