So is there a rubbish fairy out in the desert who miraculously comes along and cleans up after the morons who left this mess?
Would that there were… Someone must have dropped their household garbage next to the can, and the birds got into that. If we’re very lucky, the undermanned and underfuned NM Highway Dept. will get around to picking this up before the wind blows it all over creation. I kinda doubt it, though.
