Yes, another shot of the front “yard.” Where we have our 5 o’clock drinks, until the snow comes!

John September 7, 2009 at 2:47 pm: I see you have a chiminea. Do they work? A friend opined that they were more fashionable than functional.
Another friend found took the tub out of a trashed washing machine. Steel with lots of little holes in it.
Looking for ways to extend the outdoor cocktail season.

JHF September 7, 2009 at 3:28 pm: They work very well, actually. But you have to sit fairly close or at least have the hole aimed toward you. Very directional!
The steel tub should work just fine but would be better in the middle of a circle, for the same reason, yes?
